After we process your enrollment form, we will mail you a BadgerRx Gold member ID card in 15 business days or less. This wallet-sized card is personalized with the name of each individual or family member that signed up for the program. We encourage members to carry it with them. You will be required to present it at the pharmacy to receive savings on your prescription drugs.

The BadgerRx Gold Program entitles you to receive discounts on covered medications at participating pharmacies. Just present your card and save money — it's that simple. The savings are made possible from both discounts offered by participating pharmacies and rebates offered by drug manufacturers. The combined savings is passed on to members of BadgerRx Gold right at the point-of-purchase, your local participating pharmacy.
